When will I receive my order?

Typically, it takes about 3–7 days to process your order before shipping. The delivery time varies based on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Digital items will be delivered immediately.

Where is my order shipped from?

We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities around the globe to ensure efficient delivery!

Will I incur customs charges for my order?

International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees, which are determined by your local customs office. These fees are beyond our control, so please check with your local customs office to understand any potential charges.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order seems delayed, please:

  • Verify the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Check with your local post office for the package.
  • Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
  • Sometimes postal workers will scan packages a day early and not deliver until the next business day.

If the shipping address was correct and the package isn’t at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us here with your order number. If there was an error in the delivery address, we can send a replacement, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


How are your products made?

We use a print-on-demand drop shipper with facilities worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the location that can fulfill them most efficiently based on your address. See how they’re made.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. For any questions regarding your tracking or shipment, please contact us here.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

We apologize if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this quickly, please email us at [insert your support email here] within a week, including photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.


If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will cover the costs.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on physical goods. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us anytime!

Do you provide refunds?

Refunds are available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please email us at with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will handle it for you.

Refunds are available on digital items for 10 days after purchase.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about the size, please refer to our sizing charts available in the product description section of each item. In the rare event that you receive a mislabeled item, contact us within a week of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new item or issue a refund.
